I feel that I'm equipping myself with a few tools to avoid/mange any niggles that may arise. I really like that the programme is focused on overall well-being – a well-rounded, well thought-through programme – and run with a lot of care.
My whole purpose was to build strength and fitness and I'm really happy with the way in which the classes are structured and on how we are reminded on mindfulness of posture, muscles and breathing, which I find very important.
