Somya studied physiotherapy at Goutham College of Physiotherapy, Bangalore and completed his post graduation in Clinical Research Fellowship in Sports Sciences. He also has a certification in Asian Football Sports Physiotherapy Course (ASPETAR, Qatar). He is also a member of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists.
He has previously worked with the Orissa Ranji team and the Indian Football team and the All India Football Federation - U-19 and U-17 teams as the Head Physiotherapist. He has also had a stint with the Sports Authority of India (SAI) in Gujarat. Somya worked closely with cricketer Michael Bevan from 2009-2012. He was also a part of the physio team for the Asian Football Qualifiers in Kuwait.
Somya happens to also be an amazing singer and is currently learning to play the guitar.

Hari is one of the Co-Founders of Stairs and is also one of the strength and condition coaches at Stairs, specialising in sports like karate, badminton and football. He did his Bachelors of Engineering in Civil Engineering.
In his leisure time, Hari loves to challenge himself and takes up different fitness challenges. He plays badminton and football everyday. He likes to read articles related to any kind of sports and also watch videos for his knowledge. Apart from just loving everything related to sports, Hari loves to meet new people and learn new skills!
